The power plug for the heated seat came apart within the first month I have had this product and is useless now. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product.

Heats up very quickly, but does not stay put on the chair. Would be nice if it had an auto shut off. My last model turned off automatically after 20 minutes. All in all it servers the purpose.

I've been using it daily for about a month now and it works great! I had to purchase some metal "s" hooks to replace the plastic ones it came with as they were cheap and broke easily.
