This is not the fanciest code reader in the world, but is a fantastic value. I read, repaired, and reset codes in both of my kids vehicles in less than 1 hour (INCLUDING repair time!!) It includes a website where you can upload your codes and save them, so you have a history of repairs and codes, The single screen has a boatload of information, and I learned to use and read it in about 3 minutes.
I was concerned that such an inexpensive reader would be a piece of junk, but I could not be happier with it!

At $60 with free shipping, this is a good cost-effective reader for OBDII codes. The local Autozone store wanted about $150 bucks for an equivalent one. Don't expect anything but basic code readings; that's all you get, and the ability to erase them. Simple to use, and large digits are easy to read in dim light

The first time I used it I got the results and it came up great, but I realized that it only gives you surface information you'll have to do the digging. So I took it to the mechanic who had a SNAP ON BRAND which he said gives you the DETAILS. It cost Me $40 for the SNAP ON readout. But I still like having it for backup, maybe one day it will give me a reading that I can fix myself!!!

I received it, I tried it and it works. What more can I say? My 2001 Ford Ranger currently has no trouble codes, but I purchased this code reader anticipating the day that I will have trouble. To me, it's as valuable as a spare tire & a jack that works.
