The first time I used this item I was very disappointed. When I tried it for the first time it was hit and miss. Sometimes it would work OK with a lot of effort and frustration. Lots of air escaped just like other reviewers pointed out. Then I had an idea. The problem could be the rubber gasket that came from the factory. I pried-out this gasket with a small flat head screwdriver and replaced it with a regular gasket from an inexpensive standard tire gauge that I had. Viola! Now it works every time with minimal effort. I'm very happy with this product. Hope this helps someone out there with the same problem. Cheers!

This was a no brainer--easy to use out of the box. Just push it up against the air valve on your tire and you'll no it's on right because no air will be hissing out and in a few secons you'll hear a beep letting you know the pressure has been registered. The number is large and goes to a single decimal point. I use two hands to use this which doesn't bother me I don't find it too large as some people have commented. This is brand new so I haven't had to change the battery yet---hopefully that won't be a problem/hassle as some other reviewers have mentioned. This is much, much better than the type of gauge that came with my car (the one with the stick that pops up).

I just purchased 2 of these digital tire gauges a few weeks ago and I absolutely love them. I was able to program each one for each of our 2 vehicles. I labeled each one and keep them in the center console of each respective vehicle. My wife's is programmed for the recommended front and rear tire pressures on her Acura TSX. Mine is programmed for the front and rear tire pressures on my Toyota Tundra. This serves as an easy reminder of recommended pressures. The gauge is easy to use and accurate. It gives readings to the tenth of a PSI (33.2 for example) and easily creates a seal on the valve stem with very little practice or adjusting. I love them so far. No problems whatsoever. I will buy 10 more to give as Christmas gifts.
I was however EXTREMELY disappointed in the ridiculous amount of plastic packaging surrounding each one when they arrived. The packaging was at least 4 to 5 times the size of the gauge itself. When are companies going to wake-up and use more environmentally friendly packaging?

I've had this gauge for quite some time and it reads every time, quickly. It is aestetically pleasing and fits into places better than those that have the big round metal top on them. I've never had to replace a battery and the screen is very easy to read compared to gauges that have tiny little analog style readouts.
