1 out of 5 stars Broken when received   November 4, 2009

Unit was received broken, and runs good when it wants to but at other time does not run well. Will be taken it into the shop for repairs and see how that works.

3 out of 5 stars Not impressed   October 10, 2009
Soschumi (Scranton, PA)
Edger showed up with a broken piece of plastic (the loop that protects the spark plug). Impossible to start, even after following the 5 step instructions to the letter. Once I finally get it running it does run great, but it really should start in 1-3 pulls, not 30. Plenty of power, decent quality (other than the cheap plastic bits) although a little heavy. The old John Deere I had been using for the past 10 years (that I paid $100 for) was actually a better machine for homeowner use; always started, light, bulletproof. Until I ran it over with the car...
