We saw this at a friends place and ordered it. The whole box arrived a little later than promised. We were in the process of moving to London and did not have the time to open the box so shipped the box as is to London.
When we opened it, the chair was broken in 3 places. The back of the chair, which is packed at the bottom was broken and the broken parts were carefully placed right on top of the entire package as if to mock us.
We called up Amazon and they refused to have it shipped back (we even offered to ship it at our cost to Amazon UK) or offer us a full refund. This chair was useless because it was broken in the place where the back would have fit the rest of the chair. We have to throw it away - $230 down the drain. After spending about 30 min on an international call, Amazon only offered us a $85 refund so we end up taking a $145 hit for something we cannot use at all. We are extremely disturbed at how casually Amazon tried to push it under the rug and refused to take it back. We thought it was a great place to buy products and have done so over the last 3 years but this incident will make sure we dont purchase goods off Amazon.
Buyers of this chair - do not buy it unless you wish to get saddled with $145 for ordering this chair and then throwing it away. We tried to superglue the broken pieces but the back keeps falling off everytime you try to lean on it. Imagine if the parts had just been cracked instead of clearly broken and if you leaned on it with a baby - I shudder to think of the consequences.

My son is two months old and this chair has been a lifesaver since day one. Makes it much easier to get him to sleep. It glides smoothly and silently and the cushions are very comfy, especially after i put a pillow in the small of my back for support. My only complaint would be that the material is a bit rough on my elbows.

The order was shipped and received well before the date listed (excellent for expectant mothers). It arrived in perfect condition. My husband put it together in no time and with no problems. He said it was the easiest thing he put together.
