Not the greatest Bluetooth headset ever... March 27, 2008 Natalie Chin (Wayne, New Jersey) I'm sure there are better products out there. This one is not very good at all. I'm glad it was free with my phone! Would not recomend!!!
One word: JUNK October 25, 2007 DBH5 (Northern VA) This unit looks great and seems like a terrific design, but unfortunately, it works horribly. Don't waste your money.

Waste of time April 13, 2007 K. Mercera 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I received this as a prize. It won't connect at all. In fact, it continues to display the red led light (no blinking). I charged it plenty. I tried connecting it to a Sanyo and to a Motorola Q. No success. It's a joke for a headset.
Infra red blue tooth? March 22, 2007 Daniel S. Taylor (ATL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I used this product one day.Everyone i talked to complained about it. It works ok if the two devices are no more than 3 ft from each other and in sight of one another. When i called coustomer support using the device the Rep. said we had a bad connection,so i turned off the device and the connection was clear. The Rep. then gave me the run around, something about buying it through Amazon so they wernt responsable and i needed to take it up with them. So you might say im not happy with my purchase
