5 out of 5 stars Awesome book! My son loves it.   November 27, 2009
2forMom (USA)
My son (8) purchased this book with his allowance. He is a very sophisticated lego user, huge star wars fan and I was sure he would look at it once and then it would sit on the shelf. Boy, was I wrong! He loves this book! He goes through it over and over. Loves quoting the facts and referencing facts throughout the book. It really does have a lot of information. The pictures are well done, the facts are detailed and not common, interesting even for a non star wars fanatic. Also, this is a great price at Amazon. We bought ours through Scholastic books and it was twice as much. I highly recommend!

Everything Lego Star Wars is in this book. I'm glad I bought it, and my son will be pleased with it when he gets it on his birthday.

My 10 year old loves this book. He's a huge Lego and Lego Star Wars fan and uses this book as a reference on a daily basis. Very sturdy construction, high quality and just the lego figure itself is worth the price!

4 out of 5 stars does what's expected   November 23, 2009
J. M. Darlack (Gloucester, Mass. USA)
This book does what you would expect it to do. It presents a visual dictionary of the Lego Star Wars theme. It's great that it includes an exclusive minifig - the 'Ceremonial Luke Skywalker' from the end of Episode IV. (I still think that Chewbacca was jipped in that ceremony! Why didn't he get a medal too?) Anyway, the pics are nice and the info's great. It's a nice table-top book. The big downside is that the thickness is deceptive. Over half of the thickness between the covers is taken up with foam-core board that allows for the minifig to be packaged tightly in the book's cover.
