Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Learning the states and their capitals becomes an exciting game with this activity-filled program that allows students to rap along with the cassette, follow in the book, and try to beat the delayed answers.

5 out of 5 stars rock n' learn   July 17, 2004

CD-I don't think there are two many ways to learn States and Capitals that can be sung. It does the job, which is really what matters. All I can tell you is that both my kids now teenagers learned their states and capitals this way and they still remember them.

Very disappointed with this CD/booklet!! Was expecting it to have jingles, rhymes, SOMETHING to help a 4th grader actually REMEMBER the capitals. It's just a monotonous reading of the states and their capitals in alphabetical order with rap music beat in the background. Song #2 is the same reading of the states with a pause for the listener to fill in the capital. Song #3 is the reading of the capitals (are you getting the picture?!) with a pause for the listener to say the state. Finally, song #4 is the same reading of the states BY REGION. Wow. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Save your money and read the states and capitals to your child/students yourself :)
