1 out of 5 stars Fail to mention it doesn't work on all type of doors   November 26, 2009
Chih C. Tsai
I was looking forward to use this equipment but after I assembled it and try to use it on my door that is when I realized that my door frame is too tall for this device so it won't be able to hook to the top. Now I can't return it because I have already opened it :(

4 out of 5 stars I love it   November 22, 2009
Billy G. Combs
First of all, I am not a work out expert. I just wanted something cheap and effective to build more bicep/shoulder muscles.

My main points about the product.

1) Easy to assemble.
2) Doesn't feel "cheap" (like it's going to fall apart).
3) ONE equipment that easily allows me to work different parts of the upper body.

After I assembled it, I tried to do 1 pull up...I took it off the door frame and realized I had a long way to go. Using it for a month and a half, people started noticing about my progress.

This is a good product, and if it's used with the correct diet, you will get the results.

5 out of 5 stars A fantastic simple tool   November 22, 2009

I really admire the person who invented this exercising tool. It helps you build up each and every upper body mussles by using it in different angles. It is simple. It does not occupy large place and surprisingly fits into pretty much every door.

5 out of 5 stars Good, but never use   November 13, 2009

It's a good device that does its job when it comes to pull ups. Pretty sturdy, easy to put together.
You can supposedly do a lot with this thing, but the only thing I use it for is pull ups, and maybe push ups. I found myself not really using it that often though. It sits in the closet and takes up a bit of space.
I have really mixed opinions about this product. When it comes to structure and design purpose, it does it job well. To me, its a bit expensive for some bars of metal, but I'm not a big spender. I usually just go to the gym and try to get more done there. Some people may not have the time though, so you would really have to decide if this is right for you.
