The remote control works perfectly. I was relieved to find the battery was included. I programmed the remote easily using the owner's manual for my specific garage door opener.

Puchased this remote to work with my older Liftmaster unit. It did not work. This remote only works with a "learning" system motor. Shame on me for not researching deeper, but the product description is not clear. Because of the restocking and shipping, I'll eat my mistake. Buyer beware. Check the exact model of your motor.

The Chamberlain Liftmaster Garage Door Opener has been working great. I ordered it from Samford & Sons on Amazon and I couldn't believe how fast it was delivered. I was expecting it to be on the later side of their expected delivery, but it came on the very earliest possible day. I was very impressed with this. The packaging was nicely done and everything was perfect when I opened up the box. I would definitely use Samford & Sons again to order from and I would ABSOLUTELY refer them to friends. I give my experience with this order 10/10. :) Homerun, perfect score, touchdown, Olympic gold, etc, etc.

Before you order a replacement remote, make sure to check the back of the garage door motor unit. If you push the learn button, it will lit either green or orange. The remote controls are color specific. I learned the hard away after receiving the remote. The unit came from Sanford and Son Doors. It's not their fault. Amazon's product description does mention about the 2 colors but because of my haste to get the product, I did not read it. In Sanford and Son Doors' web site, they offer free shipping if you order from them. BLNT :(
