 Easy to assemble; good for its cost November 14, 2009

It was very easy to assemble. The net (where the goal is) seems almost too tight, though. In fact my husband had to use plastic straps (not included) to tie all the loops to the rim. The height adjust easily. Both our 2y.o. and 3 y.o. play with it.

I purchased this basketball set for my grandson's 1st birthday. He loves it. He can stand on his tip toes and dunk the ball. It's sturdy and easy to move. His 4 year old brother like having a two sizes (he has the larger one) so he can practice dunking at eye level. The ball is soft and ideal for indoor play. I would recommend this toy for any young child who loves to play with balls.

We bought this for my son for christmass and he loves the thing.
He is 2 1/2 and can make hoops already!!
We have not put water or sand in it yet so it falls over sometimes but it is easier to move this way!
I highly recomend this for busy kids it makes them nice and tired!!

It is a fun toy as my son loves all kinds of balls. However, the build quality was lower than expected. The hoop and backboard itself is a little tilted forward because of the semi-loose fit into the base. You also need to fill the base with water or sand to prevent it from tilting over and falling on your child if your child grabs onto the rim or net. I heard the Fisher Price version is built better even if the price is a little higher.
