I absolutely love it. It is perfect for all ages. I am 26! This is better than any other workout video I have ever tried. It is fun and easy to follow, and if you mess up you don't feel so bad because Cher messes up a few times too! She makes you feel comfortable. The step workout is harder with the step but that is what really makes it worth it, believe me. The ab section kills me, but it really works. The last section will truly make you BURN! If you do it enough times though, it gets easier and easier, however I do recommend a breather in between days you do that section at least in the beginning. The sequel to this is just as good by the way! Oldie but a goodie January 15, 2009 Dawn M. Roux (Annapolis, MD USA) I don't use this anymore, because it's on VHS, but it helped me lose some pounds and keep them off. Cher and her friends are dressed kind of silly, but the workout is great. Cher with Keli Roberts; the Best Workout EVER! August 4, 2008 Madelyn (The Buckeye State) An Oldie but Goodie! I've worn out two VHS tapes over the years! Great workout, the best! I have at least 50 exercise DVDs and videos. This is the best of all! Can't find another to come close. Does anyone know if this will ever be released on DVD? I still put it in the old VHS player from time to time but would love to own it on DVD.It's the most awesome program, Cher and Keli Roberts make it fun. Keli is a super instructor. The step program is fabulous and fun; the abdominal workout is fantastic and the standing leg routine is something else. You will sweat your butt off but you'll be in the best shape of your life.
