I bought this for my 4-yr and 6-yr old nieces. They enjoy playing it and they are happy. $200 well spent.

2 out of 5 stars Just for kids   November 25, 2009

The wii is great for younger kids. It can be fun for adults for a LITTLE while but quickly gets old. This is a neat little unit, but for anyone with kids older than ten should really consider the PS3 or xbox 360.

4 out of 5 stars My Wii buying experience   November 24, 2009

Though I have to return it for some power problem, Amazon's customer service handled it perfectly. They sent the replacement ASAP, no questions asked. Additionally, I was able to use my deferred payment credit card. Wii is a great game console!

5 out of 5 stars Bring your family back together with family game night   November 24, 2009
Richard Dracass (Renton, WA USA)
I bougth the Wii a few years ago for my husband's birthday, and it was such a great decision. We use it all the time. It brings the entire family together, multi generations. My kids love it, my friends love it, our parents love it, even our 90 year old Grandmother loved it.
The game selections are endless, there is something for everyone. Little kids, teens and adults. The applications are amazing too. Not only is it great fun, you can use it to get in shape too with games like Wii fit, or even Dance Dance Revolution.
I can't say enough good things about the Wii. Fun for your entire family, and a great way to creat family memories your kids will cherish.

5 out of 5 stars Great system   November 23, 2009

I will consider myself a gamer, I own a Xbox 360 and I love it. I choose to buy a Wii to have an option to play with my "non gamer friends". This system is a lot of fun when you play it with your friends.

The graphics are not the best, but I can live with them. The Wii Remote is great, but sometimes doesn't sense your movements too well.

I still like my 360 more than the Wii, but I use my Wii a lot. And finally I can play Zelda!!!
