 Good for the price, but the quality of the wood was not good November 28, 2009

The crib was extremely easy to put together with all parts and tools included in the package.
However, I was very surprised that the wood crib slats had many rough edges (splinters), and when I smoothed them out (with a dust cloth), the paint chipped off very easily.

I bought this crib roughly 14 months ago. My 13 month old seems not to mind it. It's very sturdy, the color is great and matches perfectly with the other furniture in her bedroom. I plan to convert the crib to a toddler bed but I will be purchasing a partial rail... I wish Graco made one for this crib!

Bought this crib from Target for $125 (Amazon's $120 is a great price!). My daughter has been using it for 9 months now and it's a wonderful and beautiful crib. We paired it with the Sealy Baby Posturepedic Crib Mattress (Mini Fleur) mattress and it fits perfectly. The drop rail is easy to use and very sturdy. My daughter has been standing up for a couple months now and the rail has held up perfectly.
One thing though is that my daughter started biting the crib rail and bit some of the paint off. We easily remedied this by buying a gummy strip from Babies R Us. Still in love with this crib. Even though we didn't put any fancy bumpers or skit, this crib is beautiful and surely dresses up the room!

it is quite good for this price.
There is paint smell when I first open the box, after 6 days the smell is gone. So it is better to adequately ventilated before using.
Generally speaking, I like it.

We had tried to order this crib from amazon to have it shipped to an APO address which is clearly says it can be shipped to APO, after waiting for about 3-4 weeks to get it by mail they finally send us an email saying how they regret to inform us that they can not ship it to APO...then why is it that they have on there that they will?!?!?
