When I tried to remove the cardstock label on the cushion of the chair it tore the seat material. The label was attached when the cushion was attached and apparently glued to the seating material. I had to recover the seat. That shouldn't have been too difficult, however, when I tried to attach the cushion to the frame I couldn't get the holes to line up enough to grab the screws...I guess you get what you pay for.
