Don't know what to say except that it a comfort knowing that I have a warrenty on my electronic product. I feel it is well worth the expense. If anything happens, my Kindle will be fixed or replaced.

I have NEVER received any information regarding the 2 year extended warranty that I purchased for my Kindle. Emails were received advising that it had been "shipped", however nothing was received. No response was reaceived after sending an email advising. As such I have no information as to how to proceed or who to contact should there be any warranty issues.
