I like everything about this camera but for one aspect - which MAY turn out to not be a camera problem.
When using SKYPE, the picture I see of the room I'm in is near perfect and the person with whom I'm communicating also sees a perfectly clear picture of my room. The problem is that the picture I see of the other person's room is of very poor quality - which could be because of a poor quality camera on that end - although that person tells me that others she communicates with don't have the problem I see. If it were just a poor quality picture, I would probably just write it off to a bandwidth problem - but in addition to poor quality, there is a 2 1/2 inch green stripe running dead center, top to bottom of the screen. I havn't talked with Logitech yet nor have I tried a connection with another party to see if I get the same results. When I do, I'll update this - if Amamzon's interface will allow it.

VERY easy to use so far. We're running Vista 64. Plugged in the camera, installed Skype and we were talking to out-of-state family within 10 minutes! I haven't installed any other software or drivers so far, but with Skype it was really easy and convenient. The video and audio quality was far superior to my sister's built in laptop webcam.
