Playing Scrabble with SCR-228 is GREAT! It is quick, easy to learn, easy to use, and updated from an older model I received as a present from my son years ago (the older model works fine, but is more limited in its use of newer, more updated words and definitions).

I had the older edition of Scrabble Players Dictionary which finally died from overuse, so I purchased the newer edition as a replacement. Its even better than the older edition with more features, so far, so good.

I purchased this item from the great reviews I had read about it. It is for a grandsons birthday later this month so I can't comment on how it actually works. But the price was great and shipping super quick.

This is a very useful tool. I took it to Europe where I played with some friends(all scrabble addicts). It packs very easily, is light and covers most words. I wouldn't travel with a paper dictionary any more. This is a perfect solution.

I bought this because my boyfriend and I love to play Scrabble (he usually wins) and we didn't have a decent dictionary. We both love this electronic dictionary, not only to challenge each other's words but also to "find" words that use the tiles we have.
