On October 5, 2009 I purchased by mistake the Xena: warrior princess series, with a credit card, and the next day I emailed the seller and told him of this error and that I was returning the item as soon as I received it, UNopened. He said it had already been sent to me. He agreed to refund my credit card, and the item was returned the day after I received it (I have kept email/telephone records of all these transactions). The last I heard from the seller (who, otherwide, was very kind to me) he has received it, but it had gone to his warehouse which he was checking out and would credit my card. This has not been several weeks and despite followup emails to him, the latest November 6th, I have not, as yet, received my credit card return. Until I hear from him again, I am forced to 'disputing' this charge on my card because it has a time limit on disputes, and I trust he will get in touch with me asap so I can cancel the 'disputed charge'.
