The patented tunable diaphragm alternates between low and high frequencies without turning over the chest piece. This allows for same-site auscultation. Works very well!! Much better than the others. It was worth the buy. I am starting nursing school next week and it will really make a difference.

There is no problem with the stethoscope...I am very happy with it, the only thing i was little dissappointed was it took 10 days for the product to arrive....but for that the product is great.

the seller does not answered any means of communication, where he tried to contact for several times and did not receive answers. The product where their destination was outside the United States was thus charged all tax rates and relevant delivery of the product after 2 months receive an answer from the destination that this product had returned and I was not reported, so I do not recommend warn and take care of the seller.

Ordered this product in early January 2008, and i recently started using it (February 2008). apparently this stethoscope's chest piece is supposed to swivel to hear both high and low frequency sounds, however, the one i received does not turn or 'click' like the manual says it should. when i tried turning it, the entire chest piece turns inside the tube which makes the dual function useless. i tried calling customer service twice but it just goes to voice mail. and also i dont want to deal with this rude 'Mike' fellow as one of the other customer's mentioned. i will update this review if changes need to be made or as i get word from BP Medical Supplies.

Ordered this particular stethoscope, but a different and much cheaper model arrived. I called the phone number listed and not only received very rude dialog from the person that answered, he did not identify the company and I thought I called the wrong number; hung up and called again. He only identified himself as, "Mike". After I informed him of the error and requested the actual stethoscope that I paid for, he told me one would be mailed out the next day, but did not explain the process. I tried to inquire more details, but he got frustrated with me and hung up! Doing the right thing, I still returned the wrong one. Again, product great; customer service was really bad. Not very nice man.
