cannon printer October 13, 2009 TBPM (Sweet Home, OR) I like the speed of the first copy compared to the previous printer we had. The toner cartdriges are very inexpensive for this model. The copies that this printer makes are great for our small business. I dont like how flimsy the flatbed scanner lid is.
Quality copier at a great price May 10, 2009 L. Rockwell (San Carlos, CA USA) This is just what I was looking for in a copier. It has the features I needed: letter-size/legal and expansion/reduction. Canon makes a quality product and this is no exception.
Canon Copier ImageCLASS D320 April 2, 2009 Downeaster (Maine, USA) This is a nice copier for personal use. It is easy to learn the functions and it is always ON (in STANDBY mode).

There are about 2 dozen of us who use this one copier and I have not heard one complaint. Based on this one fact: It's a recommended BUY.
Good Value March 15, 2009 Mya S. Pawu (Big Island, Hawaii) I've had this unit for about a year with no problems. It doesn't jam often, but it is a little hard to get into paper handling area. Otherwise it is a reliable product that lives up to the Canon name. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't need ADF or similar features. Good Value.
decent for the price January 24, 2009 TheJim (Pittsburgh, PA) Using it in my admin's office as her personal copier. It's definitely not rated or capable of handling huge jobs or heavy use, but it works just fine for light/personal use and seems to be a good value for the price.
My only complaint up to this point is, the paper tray and it's method to attach to the printer is a little wonky and I could see it breaking if mishandled. It's also pretty slow making standard copies, but again, it's not meant to be put under much load.
