Finally...a healthy bar that isn't loaded with sugar. I also try to chose foods high in protein and fiber too...this bar has 14grams of fiber. Healthy and tastes great too...you can't go wrong with this one.

I have been on a gluten-free and lactose-free diet for 30 years and these are by far, along with the cinnamon raisin bars, the best I've tried. I take them along everywhere I got. Highly recommend ... especially to health-conscious individuals trying to get something with good fats and no gluten.

It very simply does not have enough flavor . It ' s bland , which is surprising since other flavors they make
are excellent. It needs work..........

I've tried all the organic raw bars I could find and this brand (and this flavor) is my favorite. It reminds me of a tootsie roll. I've never been a huge tootsie roll fan, but I just love these. My sister-in-law likes the cinnamon one best. It may be cinnamon raisin or something like that - I have forgotten.
I usually take fruit along with me for a snack, but there are times when it's good to have something along for emergencies - something that will fit in my purse. This bar is perfect for that. Plus, it will hold my appetite in check til I can get home.
This bar is easy to eat on the run. Granola and some other carry along snacks can get messy. Not this bar.
The ingredient list is good. Agave nectar is technically not raw, but I assume everything else is. The label includes an impressive list of major points - raw, cold pressed, gluten free, no refined sugars, no soy, no dairy, no peanuts, non GMO.
There are 18g of sugar, but my diet is very good so one of these now and then doesn't worry me.

Huge fan of raw, organic and alkalizing foods.. I order these by the cases and take them eveerywhere... Great choice and product.
