5 out of 5 stars fun for kids and adults   November 26, 2009

WOW THIS PRODUCT IS PURE FAMILY FUN GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM SOY - again stock up for cold nights -my daughter loves making me coffee and hot chocolate for herself

4 out of 5 stars Easy, fast, excellent!   November 18, 2009

I have been a Keurig owner for 5 years, but just recently became interested in Hot Cocoa after giving up coffee. My order arrived yesterday, and last night my son and I tried it.....MOST EXCELLENT! What I got was a rich, and delicious Hot Cocoa that really relaxed me before bed, and I slept like a baby. I have not yet tried any of the others, but am ordering a LOT more of this one!

2 out of 5 stars Very weak! Try another brand!   November 11, 2009
Jane Smith (killeen, tx United States)
The other reviewers are right - this tastes like watery hot chocolate, like what you might get at a chilly high school football game for $1. You CAN open the K cup and pour out what gets left in there, but what's the point? It didnt improve the flavor and that kinda defeats the purpose of making it in a Keurig. I resorted to buying a canister of Ovaltine to mix in, which still defeats the purpose but at least they didn't go to waste.

With so many coffee choices, I thought there would be more hot chocolate ones too but I should have researched it more before we bought it. There are only a couple other choices, but I am waiting for them in the mail and so can't comment. But I wouldn't buy this brand again...I'll go back to packets in the microwave before I do that.

2 out of 5 stars fair at best   November 1, 2009

Very weak. Why cant anybody come up with a good hot cocoa for the Keurig?

1 out of 5 stars Bitter Taste in Mouth Isn't Just Flavor   October 25, 2009
Robert DeGutis (North Brunswick, NJ, USA)
Similar to my review of the B30 from which I tasted this garbage. Once the hot chocolate is brewed it is bland, bland, bland. Why? Because if you look in the used k-cup, there's the rest of it sitting in the bottom of the cup! Brainless. Better that it's NOT in your cup because of the ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER that is NOT LISTED on the package gives it the tell-tale metallic taste. That's inexcusable, they need to label their products has having an artificial sweetener and artificial flavor, ugh. In addition, it's a trash creating machine, all those k-cups in landfills. Shame.
Stay away.
