I am very happy with this product. It is quick, quiet, and seems to be accurate. Is able to take a reading without squeezing too tight.

I purchased a bp machine for my son. Unfortunately, the cuff was too small and so I purchased this large cuff. He tells me that it works great and is very happy with it.

Works fine-- and sorely needed simply because the original cuff was too small. Instructions describe the monitors having an "air jack" which is not the case on the HEM-432C which I have, though the cuff says it's compatible with all Omron automatic or manual monitors with D-Ring cuffs.
With the HEM-432C, you have to attach it from the hose, not the plastic connector on the end, and in order to do that I had to cut the end off the hose. Fortunately, the hose on the new cuff is identical to the hose on the old so it fit fine and works without problem. Instructions should make this clear, but it worked out OK for me so it's not a big deal...

This is the size cuff required for most people. It is comfortable, which is important.
