I think this stuff is great. The local health food store sells similar products that are two pounds in weight for almost twice as much. I purchased this because it did not have an artificial sweetener. The flavor is vanilla like but more of a plain flavor then a sweetened vanilla flavor that you may be accustomed to with other whey products. I enjoy the not so sweet flavor yet would imagine if you have a sweet tooth any number of additives will work such as honey or sugar. Will definitely purchase more I believe that this is a quality product not to mention the shipping was free and the price was the lowest I could find online.

I have the French vanilla everyday in a smoothie or mixed with water and flax and it tastes very pleasant. This is excellent whey..I don't quite understand the problems everyone is having with the vanilla? The chocolate is great..haven't tried the strawberry, but I will!

I tried the chocolate and found it has a finer powder that mixes better with yogurt than other protein powders that I've used. Subsequently, it tastes better, and I eat more and am now reordering. (I can't eat a can of tunafish every night, but I can have a scoop of this mixed with low-fat vanilla yogurt and look forward to it [total dessert = 25 grams of protein in 200 calories]).

All natural--no preservatives--which is very hard to find in a protein powder. You can add your own flavoring or mix it with yogurt. The price is right, too!
