Good enough but doesn't mix well at all. November 22, 2009 Arthur E. Rodriguez As stated in the title, its mixability is rough. I can stir and stir and stir and still have clumps of it stuck in my glass. It doesn't taste bad, but I wish it would mix better. Other than that, its Creatine and that's that.

Great value! October 1, 2009 W. Hong Makes no sense to me to pay anymore. The creatine seems to be of fine quality, and it's alot cheaper than brands I was buying in the store.
Big time stomach issues August 11, 2009 S. Chanthabouasy (San Diego CA) i read all the reviews and decided to take the chance, purchased in a package deal with protein powder and shaker ball. Sounded like a good deal. I've only had it for one day, had to stay near a toilet all day. i stopped taking it after only to servings, didn't quite make it to the recommended 5 servings (initial loading phase). I will continue to take it and update my review. Took it in combination with my protein shake, maybe that was my mistake? The only upside is my body is now flushed :)

Consuming this will make you stronger!
I drink protein shakes every day and make workouts properly. But after some time I decided to speed up my results. This is where creatine will definitely help me and you. After making some Internet research I found creating "pretty harmless". This product (Creatine Monohydrate) had nice reviews so I stopped my choice on it.
So my "load phase" began. I took 3 teaspoons (12pm, 3pm, 6pm) and went to workout (8 pm). MY WEIGHTLIFTING RESULTS BOOSTED UP THE FIRST DAY! At that time I was not supposed to increase weights on backsquat, benchpress, dumbellrow, military press but IT HAPPENED. And I did not feel so tired as usually. So for my supper I consumed the last for this day teaspoon of creatine. Maybe it happened only with me. So I do not recommend to wait for the-first-day-result. Patience and consistency give guaranteed result.
I am eager to continue!
