I used a standing bicycle pump to pump up the balls -- still took about 15 minutes per ball. I also sprayed them down with soap and put them in the shower for 10 minutes in an attempt to remove the plastic smell, which worked. I let them hang out for a day at 3/4 full and then pumped more air into them to reach 75 cm. I alternate between the ball and my chair at my desk which works well. It took a little tweaking to get it to the right height.

The ball is of very good quality, but there was a small shipping problem.
After I sent an email, they were more than happy to help me, by sending me a new ball, along with the item that was missing, therefore, keeping my old ball.
I will definitely consider buying from them other fitness equipment.

I purchased this on a Monday and it was at my doorstep that Thursday. The item was exactly as advertised and I have no complaints (thus far) with the product whatsoever. The material seems very sturdy and I'm not getting any of that chemical smell that others have complained about. I'm about 6'2" and 225 lbs and this ball is the perfect size for me to use as an office chair. My only regret is not buying two, one for work and one for home, and saving the $4 on combined shipping. I'll probably be getting another one shortly.

Purchased thinking I would do some sit ups while watching tv-
as soon as I blew it up (and added a lil air later that day)-- My two kids stole it and I haven't seen it since.
When I find it again, I'll see about that whole "working out" thing.. :}

I bought this ball as a chair for my home computer desk as my posture was crap. The ball was easy to inflate, hasn't gone down, and easily supports my weight (85kgs). Best of all my posture is much better although it's not quite the miracle 'Ab workout' that i'd hoped for.
Down side was it cost a lot for me to get shipped to Europe and took about 3 weeks, but at least they were prepared to do so, unlike some of the british and german sellers i tried to buy through.
