Product Description
Our Twinings English Breakfast Tea is a rich and satisfying robust tea, traditionally blended with Kenyan and Assam black teas. This tea was originally blended to compliment the traditional, hearty English breakfast, from which its name derives. The refreshing and invigorating flavour makes English Breakfast one of the most popular black teas to drink at any time or occasion - not just for breakfast. It can be enjoyed with or without milk, sweetened or unsweetened.

5 out of 5 stars With or Without Clotted Cream and Scones,   August 25, 2009
Ace (East Coast)
This is a wonderful Zingy, dashing, bright and bracing tea!! Dignified enough for a queen, yet hearty enough to accompany a before-going-out-to-chop-wood/shovel snow breakfast of thick slices of toasted slabs of bread liberally slathered with butter.

Ah....!! Twinings, I have loved you all my tea-drinking life (I started when I was 10), and you have NEVER let me down!!

Three cheers for Twinings!!!

3 out of 5 stars Good tea, STUPID USPS   August 17, 2009

Of course its good. Its Twinings English breakfast tea. Tastes more like a good Indian tea. maybe because it is blended with Kenyan and Assam tea.
I am never going to do business with USPS. The delivery attempt failed so I had to get that from their office and because government agency's policies are made by morons, I couldn't get the parcel because the name on the parcel is an abbreviation of my name. So I had to show them an ID that had my abbreviated name on it. They said my electricity bill (It comes on my roomie's name) is a proof of my address but not of my identity, so it wasnt enough.

5 out of 5 stars English Breakfast   August 5, 2009

This is the only English Breakfast tea on the market that earns its name.. It is full bodied, rich, and flavorful. Earl Grey tastes like perfume and the majority of others are thin and lack the depth this has. Have no fear, drink here.

4 out of 5 stars Best bagged tea from Twinings   July 31, 2009
kuoch (N. CA)
I always prefer Twinings to Lipton bagged tea; and this is the best from Twinings I've tried. The individually wrapped tea bag preserves tea leaves flavor which is at its best with boiling water. This tea is not too strong and far from bitter as in other tea bags, whose flavor and color are great for milk tea.

If there's no time to wait for a true boiling hot tea with Assam tea leaves then this is a good alternative for a busy morning before rushing out to work.

If you've tasted real tea, then you know that Twinings tastes like hay. Cut open the bag and look. I think they share ingredients with Lipton;)
