I have used Biofreeze before, and find it very effective. Currently using it for topical relief of tendonitis pain, and it actually helped. Doesn't cure it, but helps. The roll-on is especially convenient for application, better than having to apply it with a q-tip or whatever.

This week I did a lot of stair climbing with a bad right knee. Although I did have some medication available, it didn't touch the pain and swelling I was dealing with. My daughter, who is a PharmD, recommended Biofreeze Roll-On and let's just say I am completely amazed at the relief I got! Be sure to roll it on as directed...not in circular pattern but up and down. I won't be without this product again!

Bio Freeze is a great product for soar muscles. I first obtained some from my chiropractor but when he became a drug representative I thought it was not available any more to me. It was so great to find it on Amazon.com and to know that it was available in more forms than I was aware of. Thank goodness they will be offering it now and the shipping price can be saved when we order other things at the same time from Amazon.
