These are my favorite bars... 31g of protein and vitamins with only 310 calories and 3g of sugar. They did not get 5 stars, because it's much cheaper to buy them at Trader Joe's!!! Only 1.99 per bar!

Most of the protein comes from whey, it is high in vitamins and minerals, and it tastes great for only 300 calories. Highly recommended.

Tastes good and has high amount of protein compared to the other bars. The only complaint is that after I ate these through the week my throat started to swell up after finishing one. I guess I developed some sort of allergy to them. I am trying another flavor now to see if it was just the Peanuts or something else in the bar.
Over all it's a good buy considering they are double the price at a grocery store or health food store.
