My blood pressure stayed around 170/90 and I briefly went on blood pressure medication. The prescription meds worked but with many terrible side effects. The prescription medication side effects were so bad, severe leg cramps, dizziness, other problems, that I decided to go off the prescribed pills. I had previously tried another natural product that worked for many folks but not for me. Months later I found amealbp and it works very well for me. It took longer to take effect than for other reviewers, about 4 months, but I stuck with amealbp and am very glad I did! I take 3 amealbp capsules daily and my b/p now hovers around 115/70 and no side effects. amealbp is an excellent product! I do watch my diet, always have, and take supplements daily. I also added Omega 3-6-9 by Nature Made which has boosted the effect of amealbp. It may work for you just give it time and don't miss a daily dose.

I took this product for 2-months. I watched what I ate and sometimes ate badly. I was on the treadmill 30-minutes, 3-days a week. I didn't see any drop in my blood pressure. My advise to those who have blood pressure; lose weight if you over weight and try not to add table salt to your food. I think 2-months was enough time for me to see a slight drop, No on this product. Save your money by not buying this product and not buying junk food.

After 10 years of very irregular blood pressure readings including the suspicion I had "white-coat syndrome", and a period of feeling light-headed many mornings, and trying 3 different prescription BP meds all of which had bad side effects, my doctor suggested this product. Ameal BP Peptide Tablets, 60 capsules (30 day supply) has given me the best BP results in years! Taken twice a day there are no side effects from this all natural supplement, and my blood pressure is back to my normal 120/80 whether I'm in a doctor's office or not, and no matter what time of day it is.
