I can hardly believe that such a simple apparatus could be so effective in relieving pain and relaxing muscles.
When I was sixteen, I was a passenger in a car that had a head-on collision. We didn't have seat belts in cars in those days. I broke my neck when the car rolled over several times. Since my spinal cord was not severed I survived without paralysis. I also compressed some vertebrae in my back from an accident in a gym at age twenty four. In recent years I have suffered chronic pain from both of these accidents. Sometimes the pain has been so intense that I had to seek help. I am now seventy one.
Aleve, Occasional use of a soft cast on my neck,and exercise have been helpful; but these do not come near solving the pain and resultant muscle tension problems. And I cannot afford costly recurring therapies.
Enter the Thera Cane! I am just beginning to use it and it has made an immediate difference. I'm amazed. I feel confident that with continued use I will finally gain full control of the pain and tension. My sincere thanks to the inventor.

I bought this Thera Cane for our office wondering if it would work and wondering if anyone would use it. It was awesome!! We are all using it and loving it. I want one for home. I take it home on the weekends and can't live without it. I highly recommend it to everyone. I am going to buy one for home so I am never without it.

I needed something that would get the knots out of my calves. At first I did what any man would do..tossed the instruction manual aside. But after going back and figuring out how to get to the affected muscles I was literally off the bike and back on the road in two days.
