This is the equivalent to having a masseur living with you... someone who will massage your shoulders or anyplace else you desire. The best thing is it never gets tired or complaints.
It helps to cushion the deep massaging by using a folded towel as I am old and not as tough as I once was.
I would have given this unit a 5 star rating if not for the fact it makes a mechanical noise that troubles me. It sounds like it might wear out prematurely. But bottom line... if it lasts for at least 6 months, it will have been worth the purchase price to me.

Great little pillow! Works very well! Glad I bought it! So portable and convenient! Feels good on the neck, or the shoulders, or the mid back or lower back!

I'm a computer major student, and I have to sit long time in front of a computer. The pillow is an excellent tool to ease my neck pain. Everything works perfect! The shiatsu massage together with the heat function is just what I need. Best for the price. :D

this massage pillow is sheer heaven! It feels like someone is actually massaging your back. I have a lot of back pain, and the pillow really helps to relive that pain. I would definitely reccomend the massage pillow.
