Have had lap band surgery and this product gives a great amount of protein and it tastes good{like yoo-hoo}. Its easy to carry and works great on the hunger when stopping to eat is not possible. I always have them i my car.

EAS & Atkins make the best tasting protein drinks - all the rest taste about the same. Zoic has the same "aftertaste" that other protein drinks have but I will say that it does a good job of curbing your hunger if you drink it in place of a mid-day or evening snack.

People say it doesn't taste bad, well, I didn't like it at all. It's very watered down; you can taste the chocolate, but what ever else is in this drink is awful. I gave mine away.
It tastes okay and it's a great combo of low carbs, high protein, and low-ish calories. October 3, 2009

I'm on a restricted carb and calorie diet, and I work out several times a week and need the extra protein boost, so I find a can of this handy to take to the gym with me. I drink one immediately after working out or during my workout if I'm there for longer than 90 minutes. It's also great when traveling or as a quickie breakfast on the run or as a snack.
I switched from slimfast low-carb cans to Zoic because these have about 100 fewer calories per can. It's more liquidy tasting and less filling than the slimfast, but I mostly use it as a supplement or snack and not as a meal replacement, so that's fine. Its chocolate taste is surprisingly okay.
The biggest advantages to me is its combination of almost no "real" carbs, high protein (21 g), 3 g of fiber, and 110 cals, making it a really high-powered snack.

Product was delivered on time and promised. However, we didn't care for the taste of the chocolate shake. The vanilla is much more palatable.
