I love these weights and do use them frequently. And now, of course, I can clearly see the "3" printed on the ends in the photo. But please don't be fooled like I was that this is a pair of 6 pound weights. They are wonderfully comfortable to hold if you want a very light weight, plus you won't hurt yourself by dropping them on your toes like you might with classic dumbbells. The other thing I truly appreciate is that they don't accumulate the odor that is common to many neoprene-covered weights. Their squishy shape also makes them much easier to store than the classic hard variety, and I do find them just as easy to grab quickly when I am following a exercise video. They are actually attractive and just plain fun as well.

I've had two or three other sets of hand weights and these are very comfortable to hold. I have carpal tunnel in my right and these weights are actually helping to strengthen my hand again. Great balance. I use them with workout videos and walking.

I've only used these a couple of times, but I really do love them. These weights are so comfortable, that I will be purchasing another set of heavier ones for myself, and this same set for my mother.
I used these along with a workout tape, and it was much better than using the regular weights. They're not as hard on my hands, and they're more comfortable to hold.

I ordered this item as a gift for my mother-- she walks regularly and had been requesting hand weights for quite some time-- when I opened the package I was presently surprised with the quality of the product.
I ordered soft weights as there are two young children in the home that my mother often cares for and I wanted a product that wouldn't place them in harms way if they were to discover them. These weights are a 'bean bag style' but have quality material so I don't think they are at risk of tearing or leaking-- at least not with normal use.
I was so impressed with the set I ordered another pair for my personal use!!!
