Having suffered from tennis elbow for about two years, I am always looking for products to reduce discomfort. I found the "heavy" Flexbar to be helpful in building up strength and muscle in my elbow. I would recommend this product to anyone with tennis elblw.

Great product. I have a bad tennis elbow. By using Flexbar my problem is getting better.

The Thera-Band Flex Bar has help with my tenis elbow a great deal. I don't have to go to the gym to do my therepy instead I can exercise in the comfort of my home. It comes with a booklet that contains excercises and photos to help with the descriptions. The Flexbar comes in three different strength capacities. I have the red (lightest weight). Eventually I'll move up to the next level. This is a wonderful product.
