 some moles are more stubborn than others November 30, 2009

I read about this product in a web search on mole removal. I have had MANY moles removed surgically. It was a painful procedure and painful healing period. I was considering surgical removal of some moles on my neck, but was hesitant because I was concerned about scarring. I purchased Dermatend, watched the online video on their website, and followed the directions. The product information states that some moles are more stubborn than others and can take up to 6-7 weeks for the mole to be completely removed. I used the product on 3 moles, all different shapes and sizes. One mole scabbed withing the first 24 hours. The other two required a second scraping and application - which was not painful. I wore fabric band-aids for a week, checking them each day. I noticed the scabs drying out and becoming lose. I expected them to fall off within 7-10 days like the directions say. On day 6, 2 of the scabs came off, and day 7 the 3rd scab came off. All three still had remnants of the original mole, but much, much smaller that the original. I have re-scraped them all, and re-applied the Dermatend. I will continue to do so until they are completely gone. This procedure has been a "walk in the park" compared to the doctor's visits and discomfort associated with surgical removal. But it may not be the answer for everyone. Some people may be allergic to the ingredients. Some people may have tolerances that do not allow the active ingredients to work. You won't know unless you try it. But give it an honest try, read all of the directions. And if it doesn't work, call them and get your money back. What have you got to lose? I'm hoping to lose some moles!

Instead of spending your money on products that may or may not work take my advice if you have stubborn annoying moles , try Isopropyl Alcohol, get some tissues and drench them with this stuff and soak those moles and keep doing it, after about a half hour or so let it dry and those moles should just dry right up and fall off , this is the rememedy i use because i have a problem with moles and i thought it would be nice to share this discovery with other people, because it worked so well for me , what ever you do dont pick at or cut off any moles because if you cut off a mole that's cancerous you could have a problem , use Isopropyl Alchohol .

I read some reviews here and decided I would give it a shot. I had two moles on my face and one on my shoulder and under my breast that my bra continually rubbed. I decided to try it on my shoulder and breast first and it worked perfectly! The only problem was that my bra rubbed off the scabs and there was some scarring as a result but after 6 weeks the area is smooth and the redness has faded and it is difficult to see that anything was there.
I then decided to get rid of three moles on my back before trying the ones on my face. I had my husband scrape them and put on the paste and band-aids. Two of them scabbed up and one refused to scab no matter how many times we repeated it. One of them the scab fell off and it disappeared, one of them it left a dark spot that still looks like a mole but it is now flat, the other never did scab up so I may try again.
I then decided it was time to get rid of the moles my face and neck. 2 of the moles scabbed up within 24 hours. One next to my nose was very stubborn and I repeated the process on it 3 times before it scabbed. I kept band-aids on them for a few days and used Neosporin on them. After about a week all of the scabs fell off. The one by my nose left no visible mark or scar. One near my mouth left a bit of a crater but after 4 weeks now it has smoothed out and unless you know to look for it you would never see it. The one on my neck is a bit pink and raised but the large mole is gone! I am thrilled with this product and have recommended it to several others. It is well worth the price and I am excited to look in the mirror and put on my make up everyday!

So I've had a flat mole in the middle of my upper lip since... forever. One day I got sick of looking at it in the mirror so I started looking up ways to get rid of it. I first called my dermatologist, who practically said he wouldn't remove it from my lip and suggested I go to a plastic surgeon. Then I ran across dermatend and I was actually pretty optimistic after reading all the reviews. So after I received it, I followed the instructions word for word. (btw: no matter how much I massaged the tube it wouldn't get pasty, but I used it anyways.) Scraped for a bit, put a dot of it on my mole, stung a good bunch for an hour or so, turned into a really soft scab. Decided to do it again, and on the second day it was hard. On the fourth day after putting it on, it fell off after waking up. I probably should have placed a bandaid on it while sleeping. Now it's just healing and it looks good. I just don't like how your mole looks bigger after putting the paste on, and I can't wear a bandaid on my lip... so I looked pretty silly with a bigger weirder mole on my lip going to school. But hey, small price to pay. Plus I have so much left over I could practically sell it as new.
LONG STORY SHORT: scabbed in two days, fell off on the fourth day... very pleased =D

I have several moles around my body and decided to test this product on 3 moles a few months ago, before I use it on the rest. I'm so happy I stopped at 3.
One of my moles turned into something way more scary than what it used to look like before. Now it looks purple-ish and is much bigger in size. The rest of the moles are still there even though smaller in size but now they are surrounded by a pale cirle with a size of a quarter.
I waited long enough to make sure it will not clear by itself. Now I have to find a doctor to fix my new marks and damaged skin.
I do not recommend this product to anybody.
