For those who are effected by the sugar substitute, sorbitol, please notice that MegaRed contains enough to cause very unpleasant or harmful side effects!

Before I took this, I took Iceland Health Omega Fish Oil, It was more expensize, but it brought my cholestoral down to lower than ever, 175, it had always run 240 or so. I miss the other benefits of Iceland Health, it used to help calm me down, have bipolar disorder, Also helped with arthritus, hopefilly, this little red pill is doing something, don't feel it, but am sick to stomach sometimes in AM, was not attributing it to this, I think I will Try going back to Iceland Health, CVS has it for 60 Gel capsules for 19 bucks, I used to getit here for 30 bucks for a 30 capsule bottle

These are much easier to swallow than regular fish oil capsules. I like them because they help my knees.
