5 out of 5 stars Love this syrup!   November 20, 2009
D. M. Hill (Southaven, MS)
We just visited Vermont and saw how maple syrup was made. It was very expensive and rightfully so when you see what it takes to make it. The good thing about pure maple syrup is that you don't have to use a lot of it. This syrup is very flavorful and I am enjoying it very much. Thanks for a great product and a great price.

5 out of 5 stars Worth every penny.   October 28, 2009

If syrup isn't real maple, I don't bother. I think it's a travesty to use non-maple syrup on pancakes. I also flavor my oatmeal, oat bran, cookies, soy yogurt, and lots of other things with maple syrup. I especially like the Grade B, because you get the deeper, richer maple flavor, and less of the pure sweetness of the Grade A. My father loves maple syrup, and I bought this as a gift for him. He had never had the B before, and now he's converted too. This is kind of expensive, but I really think it's worth the price. Per ounce, you're saving money--it's a half gallon! YUMMY!

5 out of 5 stars So good, I just love it.   October 15, 2009

I don't eat a lot of sugary sweet things but I like a little syrup on a pancake or two. I usally buy from the grocery grade A in a little bottle for about $8 and was happy with it. I got to tell you the day I got this I opened it up to taste it and was amazed at the flavor so much so I poured a little glass and drank it! Everyone that stopped over at my house the following few days got a spoon full and I made them try it. I use to make the pancakes maybe once a week, now its 2-3 times, it just tastes that good to me. My bottle is almost gone already.
I am sure it varies bottle to bottle year to year but I just loved it.

5 out of 5 stars As Good As the Grade A Maple Syrup   October 11, 2009

The Grade B Syrup is as good if not better than the Grade A Syrup. It has a distinct tasty flavor and is an excellent choice on Belgian Waffles. It's really a matter of preference and as some say, Vermonter's prefer the B to the A !!The price of this syrup is outstanding compared to normal super market prices.

4 out of 5 stars delicious, though unfortunately not organic   August 4, 2009

Grade B has a much stronger, slightly less sweet flavor than Grade A. However, the grade A from Highland Sugarworks is available in organic from Amazon.
