We used these for our flight from the US to Ireland. This was our first long-haul flight and I was nervous since I don't sleep well on planes. We took these pills as directed. I still didn't sleep much on the plane and was tired when we arrived at the hotel. However, we had a short nap in the afternoon and we were good to go. We never had any problems adjusting to the time. Others in our group were complaining for days that they were still off from the time change. Same thing on the way back, no problems when we got home. I definitely recommend these!

These pills really work. When I travel to Europe, I take it as directed and it helps a lot. Even if you don't sleep a big deal in the plane, you will recover really quick after landing.

We've tried a number of products, i.e. enada, sleeping pills, vitamins, melatonin which all seem to help - No Jet Lag is one that really works. I highly recommend this product.

I tried these pills on a recent trip from the US to India and for some reason these pills worked a lot better on the US-India leg compared to the return trip. The difference was definitely noticeable by people around me as well.

This is an excellent product, follow the instruction on how to use. It works. Thne new version, that is.
Of course, Amazon's price is a deal since it is half the price of the new packaging. Whether it works as well as the new version remains to be seen.
