I'm thoroughly satisfied with this multivitamin. It's not too large to swallow, doesn't leave a strange aftertaste, nor does it make my pee the color of nuclear waste, like some multivitamins I've taken in the past. I also love the fact that I can take it on an empty stomach and only need 1 tablet a day. All in all, a great multivitamin.

What goes into a perfect multivitamin?
Probiotics? Check.
Fermented soy? Check.
Whole-food and nothing synthetic? Check.
No megadoses or other quackery? Check.
Herbs that support the female system? Check.
Organic? Yep.
I'm never nauseous after this vitamin. I feel better. I don't pee fluorescent yellow (therefore it is more bio-available). It is vegetarian. And I only have to take one :)
Try looking around your natural health food stores and see if there are any sales or which store sells them cheaper. I pay around 21 bucks.

These are the best daily vitamins on the market... no upset stomach and since they are made from food sources, supposedly they are better absorbed in the body. I always try to get New Chapter products.

I love this vitamin! My husband gets the Every Man's Daily and I get the Every Woman's Daily. You can even take these on an empty stomach since they are easier to digest and absorb. They also have probiotics in them, which helps with the digestive tract. We both are speech therapists and work with young kids who are always sick with something it seems. We have noticed that although we still do get sick 3-5 times a year, our symptoms are always much more mild since we have been taking these vitamins. We had been buying these vitamins at New Frontier's and I just discovered these exact vitamins on Amazon for 33% less, which is great since these aren't cheap!
