This multi-Vitamin has everything that a woman needs to be healthy. I recommend this vitamin over other women's vitamins that I have tried. So if you wish-give them a try.

I bought these vitamins from Amazon at a reduced rate than what was available in stores. It came very quickly and I really love these vitamins. They are a whole food liquid/gel vitamin and very easy on the stomach. Even if I take these on an empty stomach, I still do not get that sick feeling like I do with other vitamins.

I was looking for a food based vitamin. This is the first one I have tried. I have been taking it for a little over a month. I do not take the recommended three daily. I was taking two in the am with breakfast and I noticed bright yellow pee which is usually a sign of lack of vitamin absorption from too high of a load. I started taking one in am and one in pm and I noticed that my body wasn't dumping as many vitamins and I felt better. There is some noticeable energy differences when I do not take it. There is definitely a difference from when I was taking a generic chemical compound multi. My skin and hair look healthier. I haven't gotten sick once since I started taking it, but that could be coincidental. I have decided to stick with a whole food based vitamin because my body seems to like that better. I may try another brand though to just see what else is on the market. All in all it is worth trying this multi if you can handle taking more than one dose at a time and the larger size. It has a liquid gel cap that contains gelatin so not vegetarian if that is important to you. If you have any allergies make sure you read the label carefully as there are many herbs and fruit-veggie blends in these.

I got my vitamins quickly and began taking them right away. I've gotta say, these are the best vitamins I've ever taken! They've got everything I need and then some, and they absorb easily so I know I'm actually absorbing ALL of what's in there (which is a LOT! Check out the ingredients list if you don't believe me!). It was the great product description that made me buy these vitamins, and I am so glad I did. They are the perfect vitamins.

Excellent source for living natural vitamin. Due to its being a liquid gel and not a hard processed pill your body will be able to digest and utilize this form of vitamin. It is easy to take and swallow. It also contains whole food concentrates with folic acid, omega 3 oils and cranberry. It provides every nutrient you need and your body can actually utilize it unlike most multi vitamins you buy. Make the switch to a good living liquid gel multi over your old multi and feel the difference you will be glad you did and so will your body!
