Only issue I had with setup was that it was a little vague re order of the washers when putting the wheels on, someone that doesn't understand the function of the washers could get them on wrong. Also some of the diagrams are hard to read for a person with vision issues. But the cart itself has been great, folds up to fit behind my seats or in the back, holds LOTS of stuff, rolls easily.
