Worst Hot Chocolate EVER November 25, 2009 Kent A. Larson (Granada, MN) I'd give this a 0 if I could have but was only left with the option of a one star.
Gloria Jean's Hot Chocolate K-Cups November 24, 2009 M. A. Colicchio (Northern New Jersey USA) I purchased the hot chocolate k-cups for home. I thought this would be great for the kids and adults. The hot chocolate is weak and not sweet. You have to add milk and sugar to get a good taste. I wouldn't buy this item again. I gave a box as a gift to someone who was dissapointed as well.
Watery beverage November 15, 2009 W. Rand (Marlborough, CT United States) My kids were excited to try the hot chocolate for the Keurig. Unfortunately the beverage it creates is not too appetizing. Just way too watery to be drinkable.
It is instant cocoa! November 15, 2009 Katharine Kongelbak (Seattle, WA USA) If you want fantastic cocoa get the milk out and start making it.
If you want a quick cup of cocoa with no clean up and that older kids (with adult supervision) love making and drinking this is perfect. We've had no issues making this cocoa, we do have the newest machine with improved pins.
mediocre October 31, 2009 G. Gelvosa (Texas USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I thought I'd have better luck with this k-cup but I got it all wrong. The result is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's watery, sometimes it's better. The green mountain hot cocoa has better taste although, this isn't that bad. One has to poke the k-cup after the fact in order to get the rest of the cocoa out. I did find out that you have to tap it down a few times before brewing and you might have a better result. I bought this for the convenience and not for me to open the k-cup, pour the thing and stir.
I would suggest to you, the reader, that you should just buy a container of cocoa, boil some water and make it yourself.
