I got the Bender Ball because despite doing exercises for abs, my mid-section was still getting flabby. Mine came with three DVDs: the Bender Method for: 1) Core Training, 2) Selective Core Training and 3) A Strong, Healthy Back , and I found that working with the ball proved much more challenging than doing my previous workouts. After two or three months, I had some wonderful and unexpected results...my lower back and hip pain which I've had for years has greatly diminished, even completely gone on some days. After so many trips to doctors and the chiropractor for my pain, it took a $20 Bender Ball to fix me up. And yes, my abs also look much better.

I ordered this online from the benderball website and like many other people wasn't aware of the small print that you are signing up for a monthly subscription of dvd's that are overpriced. My credit card was charged without me knowing. I called to stop them and then the next month was charged again 19.99. The said this was the rest of the previous months charge. I checked with the better business bureau and there are numerous complaints. I called them back and told them i was going put in an additional complaint and said I can keep the dvd's and they are refunding my money. I will see if they actually give me a refund. I think you are better off going to target and purchasing it there or get one of target's excersise balls.

Love it! you can feel the work out and that is what i like! it definitely does the job...its easy but then again you def get a good work out when using this...it pushes you more because your abs burn more!!!

The Bender Ball is great for small apartments because it is very versatile but doesn't take up as much room as a full-sized exercise ball. The videos are okay, but many of the exercises are simple enough to remember that after watching the video once I can remember how to do them on my own. Overall a great purchase!

I found hard to inflate and thought when it was inflated in would be a little firmer. So I felt like I wold not get the results I was looking for. But I will give it another shot see how things turn out.
