Product Description NasalClear is a new battery operated nasal aspirator. It quickly, easily, and safely clears your baby's stuffy nose and helps her breathe more freely. The NasalClear aspirator provides you with suction that is stronger than that of a traditional manual aspirator, yet gentle enough to use safely and comfortably on your newborn or toddler. Battery operation lets you control the suction, so that you maintain the suction or release it as needed. NasalClear operates on 2 AA batteries and includes 2 different tips to accommodate different shaped nostrils and a variety of congestion conditions. The tips are made of soft silicone, making them comfortable for children of all ages. Although NasalClear has greater suction power than a manual aspirator, it is still gentle enough to use on newborns. It comes apart for easy and thorough cleaning and is dishwasher safe. NasalClear includes a plastic collection cup that helps you evaluate your baby's level of congestion. Also, the aspirator plays 12 different children's tunes to help distract the baby while in use. It requires AA batteries (not included).

An expensive piece of garbage that broke in one day! November 3, 2009 Penny Candy (New York) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this for my granddaughter who has a bad cold. The cup that collects the mucus has two flimsy plastic pieces to hold it in place. One side broke almost immediately and we had to hold the cup in place while trying to suction the baby's nose. Then the other side broke off and we can no longer hold the cup in place while trying to use the button to suction. What a piece of garbage. Don't waste your money.
Love this product November 2, 2009 Georgia Mom (Georgia, USA) I bought this to give it a try when my daughter came down with a cold. From my experience with my son, nasal congestion is uncomfortable for babies as they have not mastered the nose blowing technique but also it can cause many other secondary infection such as ear infection, upper respiratory infectio, etc., so I wanted to give this a try. I have to say, I really love this product and it works really well. The suction is not overpowering and it is much quicker and easier than using a bulb syringe. Also the constang wiping can cause a lot irritation around the nose. I highly recommend it.
Didn't Make it Past the First Use October 12, 2009 M. Yaun (Chicago, IL United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
My 9 month old son is in day care so he has frequent colds that disturb his sleep. We thought this was a life saver after we used it for the first time - it got out so much more mucus than the regular bulb syringe. The next time we attempted to use it a couple of weeks later, the device lost its suctioning power. For the money, I expected to use it more than once. What a waste! I'm going to try the nosefrida instead.
Great product for excessive boogers September 9, 2009 K. Reyna (SoCal) Someone recommended the Nosefrida to me, but no one in town sold them, and my son was sick NOW. I couldn't wait for one to come in the mail, so I went to my local RiteAid and hoped they had something similar when I found this. The bulb aspirator from the hospital was doing a great job, but I needed a more continuous suction for my son's endless boogers and this worked great! It's amazing how much nasty stuff this pulled out! Gross! My only gripe and why it gets 4/5 stars, is when I use it, he freaks out and I have to pin him down or have Hubbie hold him. Maybe it's the motor noise? Anyway, he doesn't act that way with the bulb aspirator, but he might calm down as he gets used to the Graco aspirator and becomes more associated with it because he will hold it and likes to inspect it while the music is playing.
I never thought it would work - but it does! September 8, 2009 SusieSki (Vail, CO) I can't believe I struggled through three years with my first child using the manual bulb aspirator. When my second baby came along, and I went through the shrill screams as I tortured him with the bulb, I came across this product. I thought for sure it was a gimmick so I kept the receipt in anticipation of returning it. Quite the contrary - it's GREAT!! My two month old baby actually seems to like it! I can't believe how much stuff comes out of it. My three year old daughter, who doesn't quite have nose blowing down yet, likes it too. The music is loud, so I don't turn it on if he's sleeping.
