I believe a placebo would be more effective; then again, this may be a placebo.

First off I want to say this product does work!
Both my wife and I noticed an increase in Thickness, it was not only visible, but effectual.
Now the Cons:
First off this product uses Yohimbe, most products of this type have eliminated it for health reasons.
You can search the web to find out.
The second and perhaps more frightening is that it warns that it can cause you to retain Estrogen (female harmone) and it list's some of the side effects for women, however not those for men. I am not a doctor so I can not state facts, however from a logical standpoint I want to be more of a man not less...
