These are a year's supply at a terrific price! Great value for the money and Vitamin D3 protects and fights all types of influenza, including H1N1 (Swine Flu).

Vitamin D3 is the most important vitamin in your body, PERIOD. There's a reason why we evolved the ability to create this vitamin in our skin, it's THAT important. Carlson is a brand you can trust and this is a full year's supply for a great price. This is especially important if you have dark skin since the darker your skin is, the more time you have to spend in the sun to produce vitamin D naturally. I have very light skin but I work all day so I don't get much time in the sun :(
