This turned out to be a counterfeit product. It didn't work as advertised. The packaging was almost identical to the real thing. Be careful don't buy this product from this vendor.

I started taking this pill on a Sunday. 2 weeks later, I had dropped 6 lbs. Not as much as I was expecting, but much better than I had achieved with more expensive products. Part of the reason it's hard for me to loose weight is the birth control I take. I stopped taking the bc, and will order my 2nd package of these pills. As for side effects, I only felt a bit speedy the 1st and 2nd days and I sweat a lot, but other than that, no sleeplessness or jittery.
