Inexpensive, high quality November 27, 2009 K. McGivern (San Diego) Great scale. Low profile (only about 1/2" high), precise/consistent readings. Another feature I like is that it is "no tap". In other words, you just step on it to use it--no calibration time is required by the scale. Definitely worth the money
The Perfect Scale November 13, 2009 M. Parker (BROOKLYN, NEW YORK USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am absolutely thrilled with this scale. It's accurate, consistent, simple to use and read, what more can I say. For those who need all the bells and whistles, then I suggest they continue their search. I needed to replace my Weight Watchers scale which has always been a royal pain. Between the tap two times, step, pray and appear to gain or lose 2 lbs within second, I lost patience and decided to buy another scale, opting for the Omron Body Fat Monitor. Well, I experienced the same problem of inconsistent weight display. As anyone knows who is attempting to lose weight, the key selling point of a scale is that it is consistent. I happen to see the EatSmart Precision Scale within 2 days of ordering the Omron, deciding to order asap. Once it arrived and I did my comparision, EatSmart was the hands down winner. Highly recommend to others.
Best scale I've owned November 12, 2009 Mark B 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was looking to replace an old scale. I bought this even though some other reviewers seem to doubt that the good reviews it got are real. Well, I'm a real customer and I love the scale; I've had it about three weeks now. It has a decent sized platform, while not being too big. The digits are backlight (when you step on the scale) and very easy to read. The scale provides me with reproducible measurments too. I weigh myself every morning, and every couple of days I weigh in 3 or 4 times just to see - and it has always given me the exact same weight.
'Nuff said!
Sleek Scale November 10, 2009 lean_bot (Orange County, CA) Usage: 6 days
It has a modern look and feel. The weight of the scale is light enough to carry it from a stored area to the area of usage.
The batteries installation was simple with a little help. I could not figure out the + and - indicators. Eventually, I was able to figure out how to put them into the product.
I compared the numbers on this scale to the Seca Scale at the gym. Yep, this scale has been accurate. Maybe a little to accurate. It keeps you from eating that extra cupcake.
Great Product November 8, 2009 R. Feister Thin, space-saving design with large easy to read numbers. Seems very accurate so far. Excellent scale for the money.
